Description

Joshua is our beekeeper.  His raw honey has been filtered once and is not heated.  This keeps all of the benefits of honey intact.  Raw honey will crystallize.  You can still use it in the crystallized state – it is much easier to spread or add to tea – or you can place the jar in a dish of warm water to return the honey to liquid form.  This is our 8 ounce or half pound of honey in a glass jar.
