Honey

Joshua is the beekeeper on the farm.  All of our honey is considered raw and a wildflower honey. This means it will vary in color and consistency depending on the season. Our honey is not heat-treated or ultra-filtered; this keeps the benefits of the local pollens intact and keeps it classified as raw honey.  Raw honey will crystalize, but never “goes bad”.  When it is crystalized, you can spread it with a knife or melt it off your spoon into a hot drink.  If you want to return it to a liquid state, just place the jar in a pot of warm water until it returns to the desired consistency.
