Hickory syrup is a light, delicate syrup.  It can be used just like maple syrup, but has its own unique flavor. Many customers describe it as being less sweet, with a touch of nuttiness, smokiness, and almost fruitiness.  Besides breakfast foods, our hickory syrup is great as a glaze on anything you roast or grill.
