All of our beef is from Will-A-Way Farm in Carlisle, New York.  The farm is owned and operated by Steven Smith, an animal nutritionist and generational farmer.  Starting generations ago, Grandma Smith’s advice of, “Where there’s a Will, there’s a Way, ” became more of a motto to keep the farm evolving over the years.  As time has passed the farm that started out focused on dairy has blossomed into the diversified livestock and vegetable farm it is today.  The beef we offer is from their Simmental cattle, which are raised as cow-calf pairs and finished on quality second cutting hay with a limited grain blend.
